James Xu
James's work focuses on drawing out the community that emerges from shared spaces, whether that be physical spaces or digital spaces. Likewise, his works also span both digital and physical spaces. Through the meditative processes like recreating origami or collaging videos together, James’s pieces express the feeling of being in these shared spaces to those within and those who may not be. He also invites the viewers to consider if they share such experiences within the spaces they have been in themselves.
